Yes, today is Thanksgiving and we are prompted to count our blessings and to thank God for all He has given us. We had a wonderful day. We spent time with family and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We definitely have so much to be thankful for. We are healthy, our jobs are secure (in spite of the struggling economy), we have comfortable shelter (in spite of Ike) and we have 3 fabulous children. Our Father in Heaven has truly blessed us and for that we are grateful.
Today was also my handsome nephew's birthday. We met up at Main Event and went bowling to celebrate his 12th (yes I said 12th) birthday. My how time flies! Hunter is spending the night tonight and my kids and dogs couldn't be happier.
These dogs have really adapted to our family and absolutely LOVE attention. You wouldn't be able to tell that by these pictures though :-p
One last wish...Happy Birthday, Mom! I hope you had a good Thanksgiving Birthday today.
