Then they came to live with us. We have been looking for a dog to adopt for quite some time and on Saturday we found the right dog (well make that plural) for our family. Sally and Humphrey are a pair of basset hounds that used to live with an elderly couple who are no longer able to care for them. They are very gentle and good with the kids. They both think that they are lap dogs and love attention. Sally is about 2 1/2 years old and is Meda's dog and Humphrey, 4 belongs to Collin. They are doing a good job taking care of them so far. Take a peeksy.
